Areas where activity increased most Boyle Heights 87%, Atwater Village 83%,Malibu Beach 72%, Westchester 57%, West Hollywood 52%, Venice 37%, Hancock Park and Brentwood 33%, Cheviot 37%, Silver Lake 30%, Inglewood 25%

Sales activity dropped in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills, Westwood , West LA, Ladera Heights, Los Feliz, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, with Playa Vista experiencing the biggest drop 49%. The Playa Vista market is completely saturated. 
Mar Vista’s activity remained the same as last year.
